OCR ETHIOPIA COUNTRY STUDY

As part of the Operational Consequences of Reform project, conducted the Ethiopa country study of the humanitarian assistance architecture, including funding, assessment and coordinating mechanisms. The study was completed through field visits and interviews of humanitarian actors. (Client: ODI-HPG)
